NEW CLIENTS
If we have not seen you before, when asked to log in, select 'Register Here' and follow the instructions.
All new clients must book an Initial Assessment, Performance Initial Assessment, or Biomechanical Assessment for their first appointment.
If a treatment appointment is booked, we will contact you to change this to an assessment.
All assessments require full payment at the time of booking.
Injections are charged in addition to the consultation fee.
EXISTING CLIENTS
If you are an existing client but using the portal for the first time, when asked to log in, select 'Click here to reset your password' and follow the instructions.
Please use the same name, email and phone number you provided when you first attended our clinic.
If you have not attended for 6 months, please book an Initial Assessment.
Treatment appointments can be paid for when booking or on the day of your appointment.
If you have an Appointment Pack, please do not pay when booking online. Proceed with 'Book Now' and admin will amend the invoice after booking.
For injections, please discuss with your clinician.
