NEW CLIENTS:
If we have never seen you before, when asked to 'log in', select 'Register Here' & follow the instructions. All NEW clients must book an Initial Assessment, Performance Initial Assessment or Biomechanical Assessment for their first appointment. If a Treatment appointment is booked, we will contact you to amend this to an Assessment. All Assessments require full payment at the time of booking. Injections charged in addition to consultation fee.
EXISTING CLIENTS:
If you are an existing client but the first time using the portal, when asked to 'log in', select 'click here to reset your password' & follow the instructions. Please use the same name, email & phone number you provided when you first attended our clinic. If you haven't attended for 6months please book an Initial Assessment. Treatment appointments can be paid for if you wish at the time of booking or, at the latest, on the day of the appointment. If you have an Appointment Pack, please do not pay when you book online - just proceed with the Book Now option. Admin will amend the invoice after booking to reflect this. For injections please discuss with clinician.
