A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Full refunds of the deposit will be issued for cancellations providing at least 48 hours notice is given. The deposit paid is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or for any missed appointments with no notification.
You can reschedule your appointment at any time which will not incur any fees.
