If you have already received a confirmation of your appointment and this is the first time you are logging onto the client portal then request a password reminder. DO NOT created a new profile with your email address or this will duplicate you in the filing system and you will not be able to see your upcoming appointment.
The reset password link will come to your email not your phone. So check your email for the new code.

Cancellations or Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
