Hi there, and a very warm welcome to the Ridgestone Physical Client Portal!
To get started, simply click the "Log In" button in the top right corner. If you're a new client or haven't used our Portal yet, then you'll need to register your details. If you're an existing client of Ridgestone Physical and you already have an account, it’s the same button and then the Log In details you originally set!
By creating your account with us, you have agreed to give us permission to use your details. We have no intention of spamming you or doing anything untoward with your information and our full Terms, Conditions & Privacy notices will be provided once you register. If you are simply registering, then you will be added to our mailing list for our newsletter/updates emails, which will only be 3 or 4 times a year. You'll also be able to Unsubscribe from any of our information emails, however, we do recommend that you allow us to send follow up information after any appointments you may have as this will be pertinent to your treatment.
We also recommend that you follow our Social Media pages - we’re on Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram! You’ll also be able to interact and contact us directly through those channels!
If you wish to make a booking and have neither visited us before, or are an existing client and haven’t visited within the last six months, then you will need to book an Initial Consultation. We will agree your further appointments after that, and these can be managed via the portal.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a minimum Online Booking period of 2 days in advance of your required appointment time. If you require a more urgent appointment within that time, please call us directly. We cannot guarantee the possibility of an appointment in this circumstance.
