You can request a change or cancellation through the portal where permitted
Forms to Complete:
If I have sent you any forms (e.g., consent, confidentiality, questionnaires), you will find them under the Forms section.
Please complete these before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together.
Invoices & Payments
If you pay for your sessions privately, invoices will appear in your Billing section. If you have already paid elsewhere, you can ignore any automated reminders.
Documents
Any letters, summaries, reports, or information sheets I send you will appear under Documents.
This is also where you can upload any information you'd like me to see (e.g., letters from school or CAMHS).
Please avoid uploading very large files unless discussed.
