Deposit Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our patients effectively, we have implemented the following deposit policy:
- A deposit (prepayment) is required at the time of booking
- A deposit is not the final service fee
- The remaining payment will be payable after your visit
- Patients may reschedule or cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance without losing their deposit, if they contact the clinic by telephone at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment
- If a patient fails to reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment or does not attend their scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited
- If a patient books an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation, rescheduling or not attending their scheduled appointment
This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and provide timely care to all our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please be advised that the prices displayed on our booking system reflect the basic cost of the service you have selected. These prices do not include any additional charges for extra services or procedures that may be required during your visit. Any additional fees will be communicated to you during the visit.
