What Appointment Should You Book?
New patients MUST only book Initial Consultations . Please book either the type of initial consultation relevant to your needs (foot pain & injuries for heel pain or tendinitis) or ingrown toenail/verruca etc. Booking a 'follow-up' appointment will mean that you may have your appointment cut short and you will need to pay the initial consultation fee.
Appointment types
Routine Foot Care
This is a 'catch-all' appointment for issues with skin problems and nail problems. If you have corns, verrucas, thick or discoloured nails or a combination of all of these, book this appointment.
Fungal nails, Ingrown toenails or Verruca appointments
These are more specific and allow me to plan ahead with my equipment if you have one specific problem. If you have a combination of problems, or you aren't sure what is wrong, just book a routine foot care and we'll work it out.
Foot Pain & Injuries (aka MSK, Gait Analysis, Musculoskeletal or Biomechanics appointments)
These are specialist musculoskeletal appointments. Specifically targeted at diagnosing and treating lower limb problems. If you have aching, burning or stabbing pains in your feet, ankles or shins these are for you. Likewise, if you think your feet are misshapen, this appointment type is for you. If you have pain further up (e.g. knees, hips, lower back) and have been told that your feet may be the cause, then these are the appointments for you.
No Under-18s
Finally, we apologise that we are unable to treat minors under the age of 18, so please make sure that the patient to be seen is over 18 years of age for the date of their appointment; failure to do so will mean that you are charged but not seen. We also politely request that minors do not attend appointments with you (even well-behaved ones!).
