Hi, Welcome to the Double O Physio Client Portal where you can book in any specific services that you require. Full payment, or a deposit for all treatment sessions must be paid before the first treatment commences.
All payments on the Double O Physio Client Portal will be made via debit or credit card towards the end of the booking process.
Once payment has been received, you will be sent a booking confirmation and a receipt of payment.
You will also receive a consent form to fill out. Please make sure to fill in your address details on the form so that I can get to you as swiftly as possible.

Please note. Any locations that do not fall within the 7 mile radius commute, will be subject to an additional £10 surcharge. This also includes a £10 surcharge for each session within the block booking packages of four.
