My clinic is accessed by one flight of stairs. If you struggle to manage stairs, please get in-touch via email.
Appointment can be booked by yourself via this client portal.
I offer a variety of appointments, depending on the clinical need:
• All NEW patient appointments, including a review if more than six months have passed – 60 minutes.
• All NEW ‘PELVIC PAIN’ appointments – 90 minutes.
If booking for anyone under 18 years old – please contact me via email / phone to discuss prior to attending.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The following applies:
*Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will carry a full fee cancellation charge.
*A Non-Refundable £10 Booking/Admin Fee is retained for all bookings.
*Refunds are made via the Stripe payment system, which refunds the card you paid with at booking. This can take a few days to process and show on your card statement.
Cancellation by Client:
*More than 24 hours’ notice -£10 booking/admin fee retained, and the balance refunded.
*Less than 24 hours prior to appointment – full appointment fee retained.
