We are registered with all major insurance companies. If you're not sure if you're covered - please contact us via email at info@upliftphysio.co.uk or phone :)
If you are insured with AXA or PPP we require your policy number, authorisation number, number of sessions authorised. Your debit or credit card details will be securely stored on our system when you register with us and should your insurance company not pay we will charge your card for the outstanding amount. Please call 0161 518 7856 or email us at info@upliftphysio.co.uk to book in for BUPA or AXA insurance appointments.
If you are with any other insurer we require you to pay for your treatment yourself and claim it back from your insurer. We will provide you with a detailed invoice to send to your insurance company. Please request this via email to info@upliftphysio.co.uk. Your receipt from your online booking is not sufficient for the insurance companies.
If you are booking for a family member (including children) or friend please register their details not your own.
