If you’re living in the UK and aged 18 or over, you may be eligible for our counselling service.
Counselling sessions are charged at £80 each.
For people living with HIV, the cost of our counselling sessions is determined by your annual income:
• If you earn £50,000 or more per year, you'll be charged £80 per session.
• If you earn £40,000 or more per year, you'll be charged £60 per session.
• If you earn £30,000 to £39,999, you'll be charged £50 per session.
• If you earn below £30,000, you'll be charged £40 per session.
• If you are on a low income, we can provide up to 12 free sessions per person per year. These free sessions are paid for from our charitable funds and are available to those in genuine need.
If you’re a Hillingdon resident and aged 18 or over, you may be eligible for our free talking therapies service. The service is available for clients who are living with HIV or who are facing issues relating to sexual orientation, gender identity or psychosexual issues. Please be clear on your application which criteria you fit into.
First time using our client portal?
1. Click the Login button at the top-right of the page and then click the blue REGISTER HERE button that appears.
2. Complete the registration process which includes verifying your email address.
3. Once you are registered, you will receive a Welcome email which includes a link to the application form.
4. Complete and submit the application form. You will not be on the list for our services until you have completed this stage.
5. Your application will be assessed and you will be contacted by the Counselling team within 3 working days.
