Through this portal, you can:
Book training courses delivered in collaboration with Lake Training (Pand-Aid), a registered Qualsafe Awards Training Centre.
To book a place on one of our training courses, please select the 'Book Class' button and choose the desired date to complete your booking. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive a student registration email within 48 hours. Please complete this as soon as possible.
Therapy and Supervision Services: Book a SCID-D Pre-Assessment, which forms the first step towards undertaking the Full SCID-D Assessment & Outcome meeting for clients with complex dissociative difficulties, including suspected Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).
View past and upcoming therapy and supervision appointments.
Access invoices and receipts for therapy and supervision payments.

For therapy or supervision appointments, please contact Ed directly if you need to cancel.
For training courses, cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to the course start date via the portal or by contacting Fernanda Lake in the first instance. If you are unable to reach Nanda (Training Centre Manager), please contact Ed.
When making payments for appointments, please ensure the correct appointment date has been selected.
Some therapy and supervision appointments in your portal may appear as placeholders to hold your usual time slot. These are not pre-booked sessions, and you are not obligated to attend.
