Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
Please note that we require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. We recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; however, you must promptly contact our office to notify us of your cancellation. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or not kept will be subject to a £20 fee.
