The Prostate Project is pleased to be raising awareness about prostate cancer and offering simple finger prick PSA blood testing, used to help detect prostate cancer. Early prostate cancer doesn’t usually have any symptoms, meaning men are unaware they have prostate cancer until they get a PSA test. If caught early, prostate cancer is usually curable.

UPCOMING TESTING EVENTS:
• Ealing Hospital (Staff event only), Wednesday 25th June, 11am - 3pm
• Broadmore Hospital (Staff event only), Thursday 26th June, 11am - 3pm
• Royal Surrey County Hospital (Free), Saturday, 28th June, 11am - 3pm

WHO CAN BE TESTED:
• Men aged 50–70
• Black men aged 45+
• Men 45+ with a family history of prostate cancer
(These guidelines ensure accurate results. If you’re not eligible but concerned, see your GP.)

PLEASE DON'T TEST IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY ON THE DAY.
If you've had:
• Prostate cancer
• A normal PSA test in the last 6 months
• Current or recent urine infection (within 6 weeks)
• Bladder/prostate procedure in the last 6 weeks
