Appointment types that are available are:

1:1 Pilates Session
Sports Massage
If this is your first time at the clinic please select the initial appointment option. From then on it will be a follow up session.
Pilates Classes Information
I am going to continue with the pay as your go model of £10 a session (requiring prebooking and paying for there and then)
or
Pre-pay with £50 and get 6 sessions - this can be done by bank transfer and I will put it onto your file then you can choose which weeks you want to book. You can then book online without requiring to pay.
NOTE: this will be limited to 3 months from paying. You will not get a refund if you fail to book within this time.
