Discovery calls:
Please choose 'Discovery call' as the location for this service. Available Monday or Friday only. Discovery calls booked on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will need to be rescheduled by our admin team.
Appointments:
1 business day's notice required for cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full fee remains payable.
If using a mobile phone as a device for your appointments, please ensure the phone is placed on a stand to minimise movement.
Active clients will routinely receive questionnaires for completion, as and when appropriate.
